MAGNOSCOPE

The magnoscope can be used for the works where need the flexibility in using the magnifying lenses. There is no restrictions the space required for the sample to the lenses or the lighting. It can be portable to any place and conveniently placed on any surface. Additionally, the magnoscope comes with a lightning source to control the light intensity for easy observation of difficult to seeable objectives. used for finding fine pitch component placement accuracy; quality of solders including bridges in reflowed solder, blow holes, checking of colour codes etc. We can check surface for assemblies in watches, meters, instruments. Detection of surface defects on finished jobs, cutting tool angles, bolts, etc.

OSCILATING DISC RHEOMETER

The oscillating Disc type Rheometer is an efficient, simple and reliable testing equipment. It is quite easy to operate. The Rheometer describes precisely and quickly curing and processing characteristics of vulcanizable rubber compounds. It works on a very simple principle. A test piece of rubber compound is contained in a sealed test cavity under positive pressure and maintained at a specified elevated temperature. A Rotor ( biconical disc )is embedded in the test piece and is oscillated through a small specified rotary amplitude. This action exerts a shear strain on the test piece and the torque (force) required to oscillate the disc depends upon Stiffness (shear modulus) of the rubber compound.

INSPECTION

A quality inspection involves measuring, examining, testing, or gauging various characteristics of a product and comparing those results with specified requirements to determine whether there is a conformity. Quality Control (QC) is critical to build and deliver products that meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

There are three types of quality inspections:

Preproduction Inspection. During the preproduction phase, raw materials need to be tested before entering production.
In-line Inspection. Additional inspections should take place during various stages of the manufacturing process.
Final Inspection.

TENSILE TESTER

Tensile testing is a destructive test process that provides information about the tensile strength, yield strength, and ductility of the metallic material. It measures the force required to break a composite or plastic specimen and the extent to which the specimen stretches or elongates to that breaking point. Tensile testing of composites is generally in the form of basic tension or flat-sandwich tension testing in accordance with standards such as ISO 527-4, ISO 527-5, ASTM D 638, ASTM D 3039, and ASTM C 297.
